Reynolds & Reynolds/F&I and Showroom
Assurant expanded its training course featuring the Reynolds and Reynolds docuPAD e-contracting system.
The program is now offered at the Automotive Training Academy by Assurant in Atlanta, expanding access for automotive professionals beyond its original location in The Woodlands, Texas, where docuPAD has been part of the curriculum since 2024.
Designed for F&I managers, the course provides instruction on using the docuPAD system to support customer interactions and help customers understand vehicle-protection options.
Training Program Expansion
“As interest among industry professionals continues to increase for this training program, we saw an opportunity to expand the course offering to F&I managers in the greater Atlanta region,” said Gary Bosses, senior vice president of Assurant Dealer Services.
“The docuPAD system is widely used across the auto industry to support a digital and compliant F&I process for dealers and buyers. We look forward to exploring additional opportunities to expand this training.”
Led by the Automotive Training Academy by Assurant, the program provides practical training for dealership professionals, focusing on selling strategies, legal and ethical standards, and application of the docuPAD system.
For dealerships already using docuPAD, the course is designed to provide training that can be applied directly in the F&I process.
Industry Partnership
“Partnerships like this are important in helping dealerships use tools like docuPAD effectively,” said Chris Walsh, acting CEO of Reynolds. “We’re pleased to partner with Assurant to provide dealers with additional training options for F&I managers using the system.”
